The winters in Buffalo, NY are truly unpredictable. Seriously. A few weeks ago the city of Buffalo and it’s surrounding areas were hit with a historic blizzard, and up north on Lake Ontario…no snow. Now, there is absolutely zero snow on the ground…in January in Western New York. Regardless, snow or no snow, the winter time has it’s own genuine beauty. Outdoor winter maternity sessions, are just as ethereal as a summer of fall session. The crisp air, the fluffy snow, the contrast of your maternity gown against the winter white scenery.

When is a good time to book your maternity session? Ideally in the sixth or seventh month of pregnancy. By this time your baby bump will be showing, and you will be feeling your best (I mean, the last few weeks of my pregnancies were….not so fun hahaha).
